Martelli Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 400g Martelli Marinated Artichokes Quarters (finely chopped)
- 250g frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups white cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Crackers, bread or veggie sticks to serve
Directions:
- Add cream cheese into a large microwave-safe bowl and soften in the microwave.
- Add the artichokes, spinach, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese and the garlic powder and mix thoroughly.
- Flatten your mixture into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Use the broil setting for a few minutes to brown the top if desired.
- Serve with your choice of crackers, bread or veggie sticks.
