Martelli Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 400g Martelli Marinated Artichokes Quarters (finely chopped)
  • 250g frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups white cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Crackers, bread or veggie sticks to serve

Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese into a large microwave-safe bowl and soften in the microwave.
  2. Add the artichokes, spinach, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese and the garlic powder and mix thoroughly.
  3. Flatten your mixture into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top. 
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Use the broil setting for a few minutes to brown the top if desired.
  5. Serve with your choice of crackers, bread or veggie sticks.
