Martelli Balsamic Strawberries

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Martelli Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped into ribbons)
  • 2 cups of strawberries, quartered


  1. In a mini food processor add ricotta, honey and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix the strawberries, balsamic glaze and basil ribbons.
  3. Serve strawberries over ricotta cream.
