Martelli Pesto Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1tbsp Martelli Pesto Genovese
- Martelli Balsamic Glaze
- 2 pieces whole grain bread
- Chili flakes
Directions:
- Spread 1 tbsp of Martelli pesto onto a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Crack your eggs over top of the pesto and cook.
- Place your cooked eggs over whole grain bread and top it off with chili flakes and the Martelli Balsamic Glaze.
