To make the dough, start by combining the milk, olive oil, instant yeast, sea salt, sugar, egg and sour cream into a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add flour and knead to form a dough. Cover the dough and set it in the oven to rise for 2 hours on the PROOF setting.
Once the dough has finished rising, form it into balls and using a spoon, push down the center of the ball to flatten the centre and create a ‘pocket’.
Poke holes in the centre of the dough with a fork, then brush the entire bun with Martelli garlic cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place 1 tbsp of Martelli Pizza sauce in the centre of each bun followed by some mozzarella and place 1-2 olives on top.
