Martelli Pesto Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 1 nearly empty jar of Martelli Pesto Genovese (or 1 tbsp)
- ½ cup of fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup of Martelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- When you get down to the last bit of pesto in your jar, add ¼ cup of olive oil and ½ cup of lemon juice to the jar. Put the lid on top and shake to combine.
- Pour over any salad and enjoy.
