Garofalo Air Fryer Pasta Chips
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Garofalo Tri-Colour Farfelle Pasta
- 3 tbsp Martelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Martelli Premium Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Fresh parmesan to garnish
- Tomato sauce to serve
Directions:
- Cook your Garofalo Tri-Colour Pasta according to package instructions.
- Strain your cooked pasta and put it into a large bowl.
- Coat your cooked pasta with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Air fry at 400F for 15 minutes or until they’re nice and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parmesan and serve with tomato sauce.
