Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the sea salt and cook the pasta according to package instructions. 
  2. Cut your chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. 
  3. In a separate pan, cook the chicken pieces along with Martelli garlic cream and oregano. 
  4. When the chicken has finished cooking, mix in the sun dried tomatoes, coconut cream, spinach and cooked pasta.
  5. Garnish with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
