Martelli Balsamic Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Martelli Balsamic Glaze
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped into ribbons)
- 2 cups of strawberries, quartered
Directions:
- In a mini food processor add ricotta, honey and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix the strawberries, balsamic glaze and basil ribbons.
- Serve strawberries over ricotta cream.
