Martelli Twice Baked Potato

  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp Martelli Garlic Cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions


  1. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake at 450F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife can be easily inserted.
  2. Cut the top of the potato off, lengthwise (about 1cm) and scoop out the inside to create a hollow shape. Scoop the potatoes into a separate bowl.
  3. Add the garlic cream, sour cream and butter to the potatoes and mix with a hand mixer or stand mixer. 
  4. Gently mix in the grated cheese, bacon bits and green onions by hand.
  5. Scoop the mashed potato mixture back into the hollowed potatoes and broil them until golden (about 10 minutes).
