Ingredients:

• 1 nearly empty jar of Martelli Pesto Genovese (or 1 tbsp)
• ½ cup of fresh lemon juice
• ¼ cup of Martelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Directions:

1. When you get down to the last bit of pesto in your jar, add ¼ cup of olive oil and ½ cup of lemon juice to the jar. Put the lid on top and shake to combine.
2. Pour over any salad and enjoy.
