Martelli Twice Baked Potato
                
                
                    
                	Ingredients:
- 3 large russet potatoes
 
- 1-2 tbsp Martelli Garlic Cream
 
- ½ cup sour cream
 
- ¼ cup butter
 
- 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
 
- ½ cup bacon bits
 
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
 
Directions:
- Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake at 450F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife can be easily inserted.
 
- Cut the top of the potato off, lengthwise (about 1cm) and scoop out the inside to create a hollow shape. Scoop the potatoes into a separate bowl.
 
- Add the garlic cream, sour cream and butter to the potatoes and mix with a hand mixer or stand mixer. 
 
- Gently mix in the grated cheese, bacon bits and green onions by hand.
 
- Scoop the mashed potato mixture back into the hollowed potatoes and broil them until golden (about 10 minutes).
